The environmental protection authority of the City of Loimaa is the licensing division of the Environmental Committee. The Environmental Protection Department processes and supervises environmental permits, land material permits and is responsible for the supervision of the Environmental Protection Act, the Waste Act, the Water Act, the Land Material Act, the Water Management Act and the Off-road Traffic Act.
