The Registry keeps records of cases and documents leading to administrative decisions and provides information on the status of pending administrative cases and decisions throughout the whole process.

The Registry’s email address kirjaamo@loimaa.fi is the official email address of the city.

Residents can submit initiatives concerning the city by delivering them to the Registry in person or by letter or e-mail. The Registry can be contacted on any matter concerning the city. If necessary, contacts will be directed to the right person.

Opening hours are Mon-Fri 9-15.
