In line with the city’s strategy and human resources programme, Human Resources leads the city’s human resources policy and supports management in achieving strategic objectives. Human Resources Services is part of the central administration.

The core task of the Human Resources Services is to take care of recruitment, competence development and well-being at work, salary and employment relationship advice, occupational health and safety, cooperation matters and workplace communication in cooperation with the City of Loimaa’s communications services.

The city’s human resources services are responsible for providing guidance, assistance, support and advice to managers and staff in all matters relating to human resources. It works in cooperation with the city’s management, front-line staff and staff associations.
