Mobile youth work

In the summer, the youth services of the city of Loimaa moved to tyres. In May 2021, Loimaa started a new activity called the mobile youth farm, a van/caravan. The mobile youth facility is completely free of space constraints and enables young people to move around the whole Loimaa area, exactly where they are.
The main objectives of the mobile youth work vehicle are to reach and meet young people (including those from outside the youth services district), to provide free and accessible summer activities for young people and to operate in a balanced way throughout the Loimaa region. A professional youth worker is always present in the car.
Young people were involved in the design of the mobile youth work car. The competition for the name has ended and the winning name is Nuutti Lähteenmäki’s NuokkisBussi, which has been modified to NuBu. Thank you Nuutti.
