From 1.1.2025, the City of Loimaa will offer employers a wide range of assistance in recruiting staff and, if necessary, also in developing and reducing staff.

Recruitment

We serve you in all these areas of recruitment

• receiving and publishing job vacancies in the agreed channels and providing advice on how to fill them
• searching for suitable candidates and presenting them to the employer
• training employees directly for the employer (joint training)
• international employment services (EURES services)
• various recruitment events

Experts from the Loimaa employment office will assist in recruitment and other personnel development matters until 31.12.2024.

Support for hiring a young person

The City of Loimaa gives support to companies from Loimaa or located in Loimaa that hire a young person from Loimaa for a seasonal or summer job. The young person hired in 2025 must be born between 2005 and 2010. There are a limited number of places available. Find out more about the support for young people and book a place.

International recruitment

The recruitment coordinator of the city of Loimaa offers companies in the area support and advice in matters related to international recruitment.

If your company would like to offer work to people with an immigration background, please contact us! With the help of immigration services, jobs and workers find each other more easily. We also help with licensing and authority matters, so recruitment is effortless for the company.
