Workshop for young people

The youth workshop is aimed at unemployed people aged 17-29 from Lomaa. Young people receive information on employment and training opportunities, guidance on making and implementing their own plans for the future and, if necessary, support in their everyday life.

Texvex is a textile recycling point run by the City of Loimaa Youth Workshop, where discarded textiles brought in by consumers are sorted, sold or donated. TexVex cooperates with Loimi-Hämeen Jätehuolto Oy in textile recycling.

Texvex is open Monday-Thursday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. At other times, you can bring your clean textiles to the collection point at the wall of the building. Texvex does not accept quilts, cushions or rugs.

On Thursdays, the youth workshop is a time to exercise, cook, go on excursions and do fun things together.
