Loimaa Business Park

An area in the immediate vicinity of the Loimaa southern motorway junction has been set aside for the phased implementation of a business park. The area is highly visible from the direction of the 9 motorway. At this stage, the site covers an area of 1.8 hectares.

A company has been set up in which private owners hold 55% of the share capital and the city development company 45%. The company is looking for a potential tenant to lease all or a significant part of the space. The target area could be between 600 and 1 200 k-m². It is always possible to buy the space outright.
