Loimaa companies and the city are working together to build a new modern business park in a central location on Highway 9, close to the city centre.
The region is looking for growth companies that want to become part of Loimaa’s thriving technology cluster. The region is best suited to manufacturing and technology subcontracting companies, thanks to its good transport links and the partnership synergies it offers.

Loimaa 9-road business park
The Loimaa Business Park is part of the larger Loimaa Route 9 business park, located near the city centre on both sides of Route 9. The area is home to companies in the welding, automation, agriculture, small machinery and automotive sectors, among others. In addition to the business park, the area is zoned for commercial, industrial and office parcels of various sizes.
