Vipu-service

The Vipu-mobile – an important tool always in your pocket

The Vipu-mobile is an important tool both as a reminder for the farmer and for monitoring. For more information, visit the Food Authority’s website.
With Vipu-mobile, you can browse through your growing parcels and payment transactions wherever you are. It is the only way to view and, above all, respond to the contents of the satellite monitoring request. In order to access satellite surveillance clearance requests, you need to be a member of the farm. For example, an advisory mandate is not enough.

Responding to requests for clarification within the requested timeframe will help you to avoid being cut off. Another possibility is to use the possibility of modification in the Vipu service. Even then, you can avoid major cuts.

You can now also log in to your mobile account with your thumb drive. As long as you have logged in once with strong authentication (e.g. bank IDs), you can thumb drive yourself into the app afterwards.

Take advantage of Vipu all year round !

The Vipu service allows you to browse farm information and change the details of the participants. You can change your account number, for example, or add an email address or a new mobile phone number. This will ensure that you receive the Food Authority’s newsletters and reminders.

You can also browse through your subsidy transactions and check your subsidy amounts. Crops declared in previous years can also be found in the farm information.
You can also use Vipu to make up-to-date electronic aid applications and declarations and to view your farm’s aid application information and map images. You can also browse farm information and use the map functions outside the aid application process.

All primary farmers and owners of active farms are entitled to use Vipu. If changes need to be made to the farm’s participants, this is done using form 101D and to use Vipu using form 457.

Please make sure that more than one person has access to the Vipu service on your account. Instructions for authorisation

You can log in to the account with your online banking credentials, mobile certificate or electronic identity card. If you are unable to log in, check with your local rural authority to make sure your rights are valid.

A person who is authorised to manage a holding also has the right to submit aid applications, parcel corrections and other electronic tasks electronically.

If you are the owner of a farm but you are not authorised to sign in, you can browse the farm information. You can also authorise others to use the farm’s account. This is the way to authorise other people involved in the holding or even an adviser. For more information on how to use the Vipu service, please visit the Food Authority’s website.
