In Loimaa, secondary education, adult education and continuing vocational training are provided by the Novida Vocational College and Upper Secondary School. Novida Vocational Education and Training, run by the Lounais-Suomi koulutuskuntayhtymä, is located in Liedo, Loimaa and Uusakaupung. The upper secondary school is located in Loimaa. The municipality also has its own apprenticeship office.

Loimaa Evangelical Folk High School (Leko) offers basic adult education for immigrants over the age of 17 and various short courses.
